Tips for use

• Apply sunscreen three times a day (morning, noon and afternoon), in sufficient quantity (2 mg /cm2 of skin) and half an hour before exposure.
• Reducing the amount of cream reduces sun protection.
• Reapply every two hours during direct exposure to the sun, particularly after bathing or in case of perspiration, to maintain effective protection.
• It is recommended to wear glasses and a protective hat and to avoid the hottest hours of the day.
