Everything is sterilized with ethylene oxide.
Features of the White Rose Press Molding Cog
The sutures are made with Polydioxanone, a biodegradable poly (p-dioxanone) polymer. They are manufactured in such a way as to have a tensile strength which guarantees the success of the intervention. The suture is monofilamentous and resorbable after 220 days. Medical trials have demonstrated that White Rose sutures are well tolerated by patients.
Protocol of use
PDO Press Molding Cog Sutures should be handled with great care for the following reasons:
- Avoid contaminating the patient from germs coming from the external environment;
- Prevent damage to the toothed structure of the wire. This structure allows the wire to be held in the fatty tissue without it slipping.
Thus, care must be provided in a sterile area and by authorized practitioners.
For minor corrective surgery, injections of anesthetic products are not necessary. However, the application of an anesthetic cream is recommended 15 to 20 minutes before the act
